On this week's YouTube video, we're heading into the garden (go figure), enjoying the herb bounty (go figure), and making something delicious to eat (go figure). I guess I'm fairly predictable. Still, the beer-battered fried sage is positively DELICIOUS and is so impressive, especially to serve to guests. The beer batter is perfect for many different varieties of vegetables - and even fish! Enjoy the beer-battered fried sage!
