If you don't have time to make a pie (wonderfully delicious, but slightly more fussy), then I hope you'll give this quick, rustic apple dessert a try. It's what I make when we want something sweet but want to input very little. I serve it up with a scoop of creme fraîche, Greek yogurt, or vanilla ice cream.Enjoy!
