This is a special Che Vita Getaway — a week in the Italian countryside, with live musical performances by Jenner Fox & Jeremy Elliott woven in.
Our week is marked by shared meals, hands-on experiences, beautiful countryside, live music, and relaxing moments. We'll gather in the medieval hill town of Città della Pieve and spend our days cooking and eating together, wandering nearby villages, tasting local food and wine, and enjoying the simple pleasure of being in a beautiful place.
The experience is hosted by Shaye and Stuart Elliott and features local Italian cooks, artisans, and guides — with the music of Jenner Fox & Jeremy Elliott writing a special soundtrack to the week. Everything has been carefully arranged so you can settle in, relax, and enjoy the pace of the week without managing any of the details yourself.
What's Included
Six nights / seven days in a beautiful village hotel in Città della Pieve
Private room with ensuite bathroom (guests traveling as a duo may request a shared room)
Daily breakfast at the hotel
Live musical performances
Shared meals throughout the week, including several hosted dinners
Hands-on cooking experiences and pasta making
Watercolor classes
Truffle hunting with a local guide
Winery visits and tastings
A visit to local hot springs
Curated day trips to nearby villages
Private transportation for all planned excursions — Gianni, our local driver, will meet you at the train station in Rome or Florence. Private airport pickup can also be arranged for an additional fee.
An intentionally small group to preserve ease, connection, and quality
Payment Schedule
The rate for the all-inclusive week is $8,250.00 per person.
To reserve your place, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due as follows:
If you are traveling as a duo, please add two spots to your cart before submitting your deposit. Two spots booked together will be assigned a shared room — if you'd prefer separate rooms, just let us know.
Remaining payments are refundable up to six months prior to departure; payments made within six months of travel are non-refundable.
Once your deposit is received, your place for the week is confirmed. If you prefer your payments spread out monthly, please let us know.
A Few Practical Notes
International flights, travel to the designated pickup location, and travel insurance are not included.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
This experience is designed for adults (18+). If you have any mobility, health, or dietary considerations, please reach out — we're happy to talk through what will make the week most comfortable for you.
